Terms Of Service
Parties:
These Terms Of Service (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between Organization Magic (the “Company”) and the customer (the “Client”).
Acceptance of Proposal and Agreement to Terms:
By submitting a payment for the home organization project described in the Proposal, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the terms outlined in this agreement.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for the home organization project is detailed in the Proposal.
Timeline:
The timeline for the project will be determined at the time of acceptance, and may be adjusted to accommodate either party’s schedules. If the project takes longer than anticipated, due to unforeseen circumstances or otherwise, both parties will collaborate to adjust without consequences.
Payment Terms:
Full amount is due upon acceptance of your Proposal.
Cancellation Policy:
The Client may cancel this project with at least 72 hours notice. Supplies purchased and work completed to date will be deducted. Cancellations within 72 hours result in a penalty of 25% of the total project value.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client must provide access to the home on the agreed upon organization days. The Client must be present during the initial decluttering to identify important & sentimental items.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
The Company will not share personal information without consent. The Company may use photos and videos of the work for marketing purposes.
Project Completion & Acceptance:
Upon completion, a thorough walkthrough will be conducted. In the event the Client finds the work unsatisfactory, the Company is committed to scheduling a follow-up appointment to address any concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
