Behind The Magic —

For Women Who
Lead and Inspire

Award-Winning Professional Organizers in Calgary

You give everything to your career, your family, and your community. Your home should be a source of ease — not another source of stress.

For most high-performing women, the support at home has never fully existed. You lead at the highest levels, often while also carrying the home. We think it's time that changed.

For as long as anyone can remember, the leaders who made it to the top had something quietly working in their favour — a home that ran without them having to think about it. A partner, a household manager, a support system that handled everything — so they could focus on what they did best.

The most accomplished women we know didn't get there by doing everything themselves. They got there by knowing exactly what to delegate — and finding people worthy of their trust. They brought that standard to their careers, their health, their inner circle.

Their home was simply the last frontier.

Organization Magic exists to close that gap. To be the team of professional organizers you never had — but always deserved. The support that keeps you organized at home, quietly, expertly, and completely — so you can pour everything into what only you can do.

Co-Founder & Lead Organizer —

Vanessa Kennedy

Born to Make a House
Feel Like Home

Vanessa was eleven years old when she first understood what she was made for.

While other kids were watching television, she was building a clientele. Babysitting wasn't a side hobby — it was her first business. And she didn't just show up and do the minimum. She reorganized pantries. She tidied spaces. She did more than anyone asked, because doing more was simply her nature. That instinct has never left her.

She spent a decade as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a public energy company — learning what it truly means to support someone who operates at the highest level. To anticipate needs before they're spoken. To stay three steps ahead so the people you serve never have to look back. To be the quiet, capable force that makes everything flow — so leaders can lead.

She brought every one of those instincts home.

"To curate a space is to care for the people living in it — to free the mind for higher pursuits, and make life flow more beautifully."

For Vanessa, organizing is not a service. It is a way of life — and a profound form of care. To curate a space is to care for the people living in it. To free the mind for higher pursuits. To make life flow more easily, more beautifully, and with far less friction. She believes, deeply, that the spaces we inhabit shape who we become — and that a thoughtfully organized home is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

She will walk into your home and see it — immediately — for what it could be. Then she will roll up her sleeves, bring her whole heart, and make it happen.

The relationships Vanessa builds don't end when the project does. She gets invited to clients' birthdays. She has become a genuine friend to many of the women she serves. When one beloved client passed away unexpectedly, Vanessa was there — at the celebration of life, and in the months that followed, offering her husband connection and support.

That is the kind of person she is. That is the kind of company this is.

Women who work with Vanessa don't just get a professional organizer. They get a friend who happens to be extraordinary at this — someone who genuinely wants to alleviate your stress, honour your home, and leave you with the peace, clarity, and sense of control that comes from a space that finally works for you.

Together, Co-Founders & Life Partners —

Van & Lan

Completely Aligned
In Business and in Life

They didn't set out to build a business together. They set out to build a life — and the business grew from the same values that ground everything else they do.

Vanessa brings the vision, the warmth, and twenty years of instinct that can't be taught. Landon brings the strategy, the systems, and a quiet commitment to making sure every detail of your experience is handled before you ever have to think about it.

Together they have built something that didn't exist before — a company that treats your home with the same care, discretion, and standard of excellence that you bring to everything else in your life.

They are not just professional organizers. They are a partnership — in business and in life — built on the belief that the people who give the most deserve to receive the best.

"When we own only what truly belongs in our lives, we finally have room to become who we're meant to be."

Co-Founder & Client Experience —

Landon Kennedy

Leading with
Essentialism

His guiding question: what do we actually need to thrive?

Guided by the philosophy of Essentialism, he believes that when we own only what truly belongs in our lives, we finally have room to become who we're meant to be. That lens shapes everything he touches — from the way he builds the brand, to the way he moves through the world.

Like revealing art within the marble, he removes everything that doesn't belong — every unnecessary detail, every point of friction — so that what remains feels completely effortless.

He is the reason your experience feels intentional from the very first touchpoint. The reason Vanessa can walk into your home and give it everything she has.

And in his presence — calm, considered, and completely focused on you — you will feel exactly what a well-organized experience is meant to feel like. Safe enough to let go of what doesn't serve you anymore, and clear to move forward with confidence.

Giving Back —

The Quiet Impact
of Letting Go

When you release what no longer serves you, something remarkable happens.

The items you have outgrown find their way to families who need them most — through our carefully chosen charity partners, each selected to ensure your belongings land with dignity and purpose.

Many of our clients are philanthropists by nature. This is simply one more way that generosity extends beyond the boardroom and the gala — quietly, through the things you decide to release. The work doesn't end at your front door. And neither does your impact.
