Organizer
Starting at $20 / hour
You will join our team on real client projects from day one — packing, sorting, supporting, and learning. No experience necessary. Just a genuine love for organized, beautiful spaces and the drive to grow.
Home Projects
Technician
Compensation based on experience
You love working with your hands and take real pride in a job done well. You'll handle furniture builds, storage installations, hardware, and the physical details that take a transformation from good to extraordinary.
Administrative
Assistant
Compensation based on experience
You're the warm, organized presence that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will support client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination — making sure every detail is handled with care before it ever reaches Vanessa or Landon. If you thrive on order, love making people feel looked after, and find genuine satisfaction in a well-run operation, this role was made for you.

We're telling a brand story worth following — and we need someone who knows how to tell it. Filming and editing transformation content, writing for the brand, managing our social presence. Perfect for someone studying marketing or communications who also loves beautiful, organized spaces.
