The transformation unfolds over a few focused phases. Each phase begins with one guided day alongside you — working through decisions together at your pace, with compassion and without pressure. Once the decisions are made, our team takes care of the rest. We implement the systems, source and install everything, and style the result to a standard that feels magazine-worthy.

Then we hand over a home that finally works. And we stay involved to make sure it stays that way.

We work around your schedule. Some clients prefer to be present for the decision-making process, where your personal context and instincts are invaluable. Others prefer to hand over their home entirely and return to a Grand Reveal celebration.

And for the client who is in Maui or Palm Springs while we work — we have you covered. We create carefully organized decision zones in advance, then walk you through every choice via video call at a time that works for you. It is one of our most popular approaches, and it works beautifully.

Most whole-home transformations unfold over two to six focused phases, depending on the size of your home and the complexity of your project.

Your time commitment for each four-day phase is no more than six hours — unless you choose to be more involved. The rest is entirely handled by our team.

We plan the scope together during your in-person Home Harmony Session, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin. From there, we execute methodically, with opportunities for feedback and pivots along the way. Each phase concludes with fully finished spaces — never a home left mid-project.

Most clients move through one phase per month, allowing each transformation to settle before the next begins. For those who prefer to move faster, we are happy to accommodate — simply let us know and we will build a timeline that works.

We do document our transformations through before and after photography — it is how we capture the craft and share the possibility of what a home can become. These images are never connected to your personal details, your name, or your family. Your home is photographed. Your identity is protected.

If you would prefer no photography at all, simply let us know and we will honour that completely — as we did for one of the featured stories on our Transformations page.

A Holistic Home Makeover is priced at $10,000 per focused four-day phase.

Every item you decide to release is carefully redirected — through our charity partners WINS and Making Changes Association — to families and women who need them most.

We coordinate everything: packing, transport, and tax receipts for eligible donations. Many clients tell us that knowing their belongings are going somewhere meaningful makes the letting go so much easier — even cathartic.
